Return Policy
At Pharmacy24, we are dedicated to providing superior products and services to our clients. Presently, we proudly serve customers in both Canada and the United States.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days, however, shipping costs are to be borne by you.
Return Terms
- Returns must be in their original state, unopened and unused, along with the original receipt and packaging.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Products must not have expired.
- You’re responsible for the cost of return postage, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
- For safety reasons, prescription drugs and personal care items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Please note that we do not accept returns of prescription medications or controlled substances due to health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. Return Process
To start the return procedure, get in touch with our Customer Service department by emailing at info@pharmacy24.ca.
A representative will instruct you on how to return the product.
Upon receipt and approval of the return, we’ll process the refund using the original payment method.
In case of receiving a faulty product, kindly inform our Customer Service team immediately to start the return process.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the product was given as a gift, we’ll send a replacement item instead of a refund.

Note: As governed by the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act (PODSA) Bylaws: Part I(7): The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication. Pharmacy24 does not accept returned medication, needles, syringes, or lancets.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that items that are special orders, customized, or come in various sizes or colors, including but not limited to braces, are non-returnable. We encourage customers to review product specifications and ensure correct sizes, colors, and customization options are selected before finalizing the purchase.
Refund Terms
You will be notified and informed if the refund has been accepted once we have received and reviewed your return. If accepted, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Expect a credit to your account within 7-10 business days of processing the refund. Please be aware that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company will take some time as well..
