Extra Strength Muscle Relaxant [Acetylsalicylic Acid 500mg] OPTION+

Directions:

• Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours with 250 mL of water or milk. Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours. Use the smallest effective dose. Consult a doctor before use.
• Children under 18 years: See Reye’s Syndrome warning.

Warnings:

• Reye’s Syndrome: Do not give to children or teenagers with chickenpox, cold, or flu symptoms due to the risk of Reye’s Syndrome, a serious illness.
• Allergy Alert: ASA may cause severe allergic reactions including rash, hives, facial swelling, wheezing, or trouble breathing. Seek medical help if an allergic reaction occurs. Do not use if allergic to ASA, salicylates, NSAIDs, other pain relievers/fever reducers, or the inactive ingredients.
• Stomach Bleeding Warning: ASA may cause severe stomach bleeding. Stop use and seek medical help if you feel faint, vomit blood, have bloody or black stools, or persistent stomach pain. Do not use with other ASA, salicylates, or NSAIDs.
• Do Not Use If: You have or had an ulcer, are prone to bleeding, have liver or kidney disease, use methotrexate (15 mg/week or more), or are in the last trimester of pregnancy.
• Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist If You: Have stomach problems, asthma, high blood pressure, heart disease, gout, severe anemia, any other serious condition, consume 3+ alcoholic drinks daily, or take medications such as acetaminophen, diuretics, blood thinners, methotrexate, steroids, seizure medicines, arthritis, diabetes or gout medications, or other drugs containing methocarbamol. If you are 60+, pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, or having surgery in 5-7 days, consult a healthcare professional.
• When Using This Product: You may experience lightheadedness, nausea, drowsiness, or dizziness. Avoid alcohol and activities requiring alertness.
• Stop Use and Consult a Doctor If You: Have an allergic reaction, hearing loss, ringing in ears, worsening or prolonged pain (5+ days), fever (3+ days), redness or swelling, or new symptoms.

Keep Out of Reach of Children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if there are no symptoms.
