How to Use

Adults and children 12 years of age or older: The recommended dose is 1 tablet (120 mg) once daily with a glass (250 ml) of water.

Active Ingredients: Fexofenadine HCl 120 mg (in each tablet) – Allegra 24-Hour Allergy Relief blocks the natural substance known as histamine (a chemical released by your immune system) that the cells of your body make during an allergic reaction.

Purpose: Antihistamine

Inactive ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, iron oxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, pregelatinized starch, and titanium dioxide.

Warning & Safety

Do not use Allegra® 24 Hour if:

You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients

Talk to your doctor before use if you:

Have kidney disease. Your doctor should determine if you need a different dose
Any health conditions or problems you may have
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have kidney disease
Are 65 years of age or older
Taking any medication (including any drugs, vitamins, minerals, natural supplements or alternative medicines)

When using this product:

Do not take more than directed
Do not take within 2 hours of taking aluminum or magnesium antacids
Do not take with fruit juices

Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

The following may interact with Allegra® 24 Hour:

Antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium hydroxide, as they may alter the effectiveness of Allegra® 24 Hour (do not take within 2 hours of taking an antacid)
Fruit juices
